VATMI has embraced the continuous improvement model as the framework for examining, monitoring, assessing and improving our operations. This process oriented business approach emphasises the contribution people make to long-range permanent solutions to problems, and is fundamental to total quality management.
Quality Assurance
VATMI Industries is accredited to ISO 9002 . Our standards and procedures are streamlined across all division to ensure management, staff and employees can make more informed decisions about their work places. Our procedures are audited by independent bodies, we conduct our own audits and customers are welcome to conduct second party audits of our facilities.
Disability Service Standards
VATMI gained accreditation to the Commonwealth Disability Service Standards in 2000 in order to achieve best practice in the delivery of services to people with a disability. Using this system, employees assess the quality of how VATMI's services meet their needs. As with other quality systems, regular audits are conducted by certified external specialists.
Occupational Health and Safety
Employee safety is a priority at VATMI. With safety in mind we have developed a Safety MAP system that will:
