Employee Services Program

One of the many aspects of operating a successful business is the training and support of the employees that work in that business.

VATMI Industries has a team of qualified professionals who provide training and support to the employees at each of the company's business's.

While some off site training may occur, the majority of employee training is performed on the job with the training supervisors assisting employees to achieve the competencies and practices that will help them improve their work skills, enhance their future employment prospects and increase their earning ability.

Each employee is regularly assessed to establish in which area he/she is competent and to identify areas in which training is needed. Employees then participate with the training supervisor in deciding what they would like to learn. Then together the employee and the supervisor develop a training plan to assist the employee to achieve the vocational goals that they have chosen to work towards.

The Employee Development and Support Officer monitors the employee's progress until the new skill is learnt.

Employees of VATMI Industries, just like employees throughout all businesses, can often have problems at work that affect their ability to be good workers. When this happens the Employee Development and Support Officer provides the support necessary to help the employee return to his/her normal working capacity.
