The following note details some of the many staff changes that are occurring in different parts of our business at the moment, or are about to occur over the next little while.

Recently I advised of the appointment of John Rosenthal to work closely with me in reviewing the processes we employ in managing our Contract Packaging & Manufacturing business. John commenced with us recently and will work closely with Shane Hicks (Kew), Mark Banfield (Keon Park), John Reid (Bendigo), and Stacey Moisidis, all of whom will now report directly to him.

In addition to that, we have recently appointed Antony Chrysanthou to manage our Central Warehouse operations in Keon Park and he will also report to John. I'm sure that once John has had time to fully understand our operations, he will be looking to make further structural & procedural changes to improve overall efficiency.

We have recently conducted a review of our position descriptions, skills and key performance indicators for the position of Production / Logistics Supervisors within our Contract Packaging & Manufacturing business. We have accepted an expression of interest in a voluntary redundancy package from a number of staff and provided outplacement services to those people, we have spilled the positions at both Keon Park and Kew, and we have advertised the positions widely and conducted a thorough selection & recruitment process to the point the restructuring is almost complete. 

Both Adrian Train and Stephen Lewis also joined recently in the capacity of Assistant Production Managers. Stephen will report to Shane at Kew and Adrian will report to Mark at Keon Park. At Kew, Rosemary Buck and Nalin Arachchige have also join us as Production Supervisors.

At Keon Park, Lesley Allen and Eric Martin also joined us as a Production Supervisors from 1^st May 2006 and Ben Bruitzman was successful in obtaining a Production Supervisor position in the new structure. 

A warm welcome to Gerry McCourt, Lisa Barham and Rhonda Cowen who recently joined our staff. Gerry recently joined Q ArtStudio as an Artist / Supervisor and Rhonda has joined the Finance/Admin team as Accounts Clerk. Lisa joins our HR team.

We have also appointed John Bain as Site Manager - Sandhurst Enterprises Recycling in Bendigo. John joins us in 4/5 weeks time and I look forward to his arrival and contribution in due course.
