Promotions

 

VATPAK is able to offer the following resources to meet your promotions requirements :

• Experience with handling a variety of promotional campaigns that range from small one-off mail outs, magazine inserts, show bags, bonus giveaways, display packs, promotional labelling, multi-packs, Christmas and Easter promotions, etc.
• VatPak has council approved food rooms for any promotional activities involving food products.
• Three production sites to run multiple campaigns or for a fast turn around.
• Temperature controlled packing areas were products can be stored as low as 5 degrees Celsius.
• Warehousing at our Keon Park facility to provide storage and distribution.

 

Procedures and services :

• Where promotional food packaging is involved employees are required to wear hairnets and wash their hands before entering the rooms.
• Quality control checks are performed every hour on products.  These are able to be modified to meet the client’s needs or requirements.
• Extensive manual resources for hand packing of show bags, mail outs, etc.

 

                          

Equipment:

• Vertical Form fill and seal by weight or volume (eg. Promotional pillow pack).
• Semi-automated fill and weigh (eg. Use of pre-formed pouches, bags, cans and jars in your promotions.). 
• Shrink wrappers and tunnels (eg. Re-bundling promotional giveaways, two for one offer).
• Flow wrapper (eg. Promotional Multi-packs, etc).
• Over wrapper (Re-packaging promotional giveaways, two for one offers)
• Automated leaflet folding (eg. Mail outs, promotions, etc).
• Heat sealing equipment for preformed bags or pouches
