Procedures and services:

• Where required procedures are in place to ensure that employees are required to wear hairnets and wash their hands before commencing work.
• Products that require defined weight ranges are measured and checked to make sure they meet both customer and industry requirements.
• Documented quality management system which can be modified to meet the client’s needs or requirements.

                                                         

 

Equipment:

• Semi-automated fill and weigh (eg. Use of pre-formed pouches, bags, cans and jars). 
• Shrink wrappers and tunnels (eg. Re-bundling components, security packaging, keeping products dust and dirt free).
• Short-run bottle and jar labeller.
• Blister pack (security and display purposes on backing cards, etc)
• Flow wrapper (eg. Multi or single packs with our without header cards).
• Over wrapper (display, security purposes and keeping the product dirt and dust free).
• Vertical form, fill and seal.
• Heat sealing equipment for preformed bags or pouches
• Metal Detecting.
