VATPAK is able to offer the following resources to meet your industrial packaging requirements:

• Three production sites to run multiple jobs or for a fast turn around.
• Warehousing at our Keon Park facility to provide storage and distribution.

• Skilled labour to perform complex manual tasks. Eg. Component assembly, hand packing, liquid filling and labelling).
• Documented quality management system.

 

Procedures and services :

• Quality control checks are performed every hour on products.  These are able to be modified to meet the client’s needs or requirements.
• Resources to work on small jobs which maybe more efficient to out source.

                              

 

Equipment:

• Semi-automated fill and weigh (eg. Use of  pre-formed pouches, bags, cans and jars). 
• Shrink wrappers and tunnels (eg. Re-bundling components, security packaging, ).
• Short-run bottle and jar labeller.
• Blister pack (security and display purposes on backing cards, etc)
• Flow wrapper (eg. Multi or single packs with our without header cards).
• Over wrapper (display and security purposes eg. Cosmetics and personal care products.)
• Heat sealing equipment for preformed bags or pouches
